Organising corporate Christmas markets has become one of the most rewarding parts of my work. Each December, I bring the magic of the holidays to companies across the Netherlands, either on their own premises or at one of the atmospheric partner locations I work with, such as Pannenkoekenhuis Hans & Grietje.

My approach is fully turn-key: from the first concept conversation to the very last tent being broken down. Tents, heaters, festive décor, shopping bags, token systems, a carefully curated mix of local and themed vendors, it is all coordinated and delivered with care, so the client can simply enjoy the day alongside their employees.

The result is the same every year: a warm, well-organised event that strengthens connection within teams and that employees genuinely look forward to.

24-12-16: Annual Christmas Market for Givaudan Netherlands

For years, Givaudan Netherlands has delighted its employees with a festive Christmas market held right on its own premises. This cherished tradition has become a highlight of the holiday season, providing a warm and engaging experience for all attendees.

I proudly handle the organisation of this event from start to finish. The turn-key approach ensures every detail is meticulously arranged, allowing Givaudan to enjoy a seamless and stress-free experience. From setting up tents, heaters and festive décor to providing shopping bags and token pouches, coordinating diverse vendors and delivering ready-made Christmas packages — every aspect is taken care of with precision and care.

The Christmas market features a vibrant mix of local and curated vendors offering unique products and gifts, creating a festive shopping experience for employees. Combined with thoughtful logistics and personalised touches, the event embodies the holiday spirit while strengthening employee connection and appreciation.

The annual Christmas market for St. Jansdal Hospital has once again been a resounding success. This much-anticipated event saw an impressive turnout, with a warm and festive atmosphere created by numerous local vendors and enthusiastic attendees.

Open to all St. Jansdal employees, the market embodied the theme of connection. To strengthen this theme, the event prominently featured local vendors — fostering a sense of community and supporting regional businesses. Attendees had the opportunity to explore a wide range of unique products, enjoy delicious food and immerse themselves in the festive spirit.

Hosted at Pannenkoekenrestaurant Hans & Grietje, the storybook setting added an unmistakable extra layer of magic. From organising the logistics to ensuring a memorable atmosphere, this partnership played a vital role in making the market a standout occasion — and an unforgettable Christmas experience for the dedicated staff of St. Jansdal Hospital.

24-12-07: Christmas Market “Kerstival” for Covebo Customers

Covebo’s annual Christmas market — Kerstival — is one of the most festive days of the year. Every customer goes home with a Christmas tree, on top of a vibrant programme featuring children’s entertainment, food and drinks, live performances and an après-ski café. Customers also shop using Christmas tokens at a wide variety of vendor stalls.

I was once again honoured to organise the shopping experience, making sure the vendor village and token system ran seamlessly throughout this festive day.

23-12-16: Annual Christmas Market for St. Jansdal Hospital

A festive day at the enchanting Pannenkoekenrestaurant Hans & Grietje, where employees of St. Jansdal Hospital came together for their Christmas market. With a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a carefully selected line-up of local vendors, the day quickly turned into one of those events that simply feels like the holidays.

Open to all St. Jansdal employees, the market was built around the theme of connection. Local vendors took centre stage, supporting regional businesses while giving attendees the chance to discover unique products, enjoy delicious food and soak up the festive spirit. The storybook setting of Hans & Grietje added an unmistakable extra layer of magic — exactly the kind of atmosphere that turns a corporate event into a memorable experience.

A wonderful day for the dedicated staff of St. Jansdal Hospital, and the start of what has since become a much-loved annual tradition.

23-12-20: B2B Christmas Markets

Looking back at an amazing Christmas period. December was truly festive, and I’m proud of the beautiful Christmas events organised for various large companies at the enchanting Pannenkoekenhuis Hans & Grietje Play Park. The magic of those weeks may be over, but it’s exactly the kind of result that makes me look forward to next December all over again.
